Inspired by the Spring, this yoga retreat will also combine a detox guided by a naturopath, for a deep and unique physical, emotional and mental experience.

About the Workshop
The studio and mat are like a lab through which we explore our mind, patterns and conditionings, and the way we deal with pain and conflicts. Since usually we do so in a short time, where communication is limited, other practitioners are not intimately close to us and the senses are withdrawn, we can find peace of mind. However, we then go outside, to our daily life, to interactions and conflicts, to inciteful news, and social norms that pull us to all directions.
How can we allow stillness to guide our doing and being within a “noisy” surrounding, perhaps chaotic in some way?
Inspired by the Spring and with the help of a nutritional detox, we’ll observe the effects of the environment and our senses on the state of our body-mind-heart, and learn to bring serenity and a smile into our daily reality, beyond the limits of our yoga mat.
We’ll practice asanas and pranayama, experience nature meditations and thai massage, relieve tensions, rest and have fun. Through inspiring conversations we’ll explore traditional yoga scriptures and life, open our eyes and heart, and examine our encounter with ourselves and the surrounding.
