Yoga Classes

Yoga classes includes a few minutes includes a few minutes of meditation and breathing exercises, about hour and a half of physical practice, relaxation, and a calm and pampering ending with tea and cookies. For classes timetable>>

Practices in the studio are inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga approach, which synchronizes dynamic physical activity with active rhythmical breath through a gradual set structure.  For details about the approach>>

On top of the regular classes, you’re welcome to join the Friday’s Master Class, where we practice meditation, pranayama, asanas (poses) and explore aspects of the physical practice (exploring advanced poses, reducing tension and effort, practicing as per current state of mind and body, etc).
