I keep on falling

After a packed month, filled with wonderful doings, yet packed with stress and emotions, I’m finally getting my energies and joy back.

With that pause in doing, great lessons are realized.

It is sooooo easy to fall into our own patterns and tendencies. So easy to take on baggage, stress, and tension. So easy to find myself attached, wanting to control the outcomes. So difficult to say no.

The craziness about it all that it’s so much more pleasant to just be, to let go. Yet, it is not our tendency. So to BE, to flow, to stay connected to the essence of it all, requires work. Or at least practice, attention, and intention.

May we all allow ourselves that pause (even if for 5 min) so we can actually notice the lessons.
May we all realize the joy in catching our tendencies, to laugh at ourselves, and just continue growing.

Can’t wait for my long pause in Costa Rica this July/August.
