Wake up! – Yoga & Sound Retreat

Join Alit and Yotam for a weekend dedicated to keeping ourselves awake and leaving our comfort zone, for the sake of connection and breaking down the walls of separation!

During these transitioning moments from summer to winter, when attention moves from the outside inwardly, when frequency is changing from parties, countless social gatherings and nature walks, to introspection and sometimes even solitude, we will observe, explore and learn how to keep in sync with change without letting it sweep us into separation and loneliness.

In the retreat, we will experience various tools for observation, listening and reaching clarity along with finding softness and subtlety in our gaze and action. We will do so through the practice of yoga poses alongside LIVE music, voice work, soundscape meditations, self-inquiry, and more surprises.

How will the days look like?

  • Each day will include meditation, dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa practice and Satsang (heart-to-heart conversations in the spirit of Yoga).
  • Some practices will be alongside LIVE music while others alongside the sounds of nature.
  • We’ll also have 2-3 workshop-style sessions, where we’ll explore the foundations of hip opening, transitions and arm balancing poses.
  • Along the days will be scattered in love, nada yoga sessions, sound meditation, nature party, and walks in the desert.
  • Detailed schedule below.

Who is it for?

The retreat is suitable for practitioners with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the practice of yoga, and for practitioners who feel comfortable with, or are interested in exploring, the Ashtanga Yoga method / dynamic practice style.
