Workshop Content
Just when the holidays season ends and a moment before returning to our daily routine, let’s explore the concept of liberation and examine the possibility to find it in every moment.
Through the practice of yoga postures, meditation and pranayama, we’ll make some room within us, experience expansion and reduce our resistance:
- We’ll use Kriyas, twists and access our solar plexus and the heart
- We’ll explore how to deepen and stabilize in complex asanas (yoga postures), by reducing the effort and resistance
- We’ll surrender to the movement and constant change to allow for expansion and growth
Whilst reading yogic scriptures and discussing their relationship to our daily life, we’ll face the captive element within us and come closer to the path home, to freedom.
