On finding the inner home in any place, time and situation.
You are invited to a series of sessions in which we will delve deeper and explore the body, mind and life.
We’ll find that sense of ‘home’ and relaxation in various poses and movement patterns, from the basic to the challenging ones.
We’ll work mainly with the second series and get to know poses from the third series in Ashtanga.

Monday, 18-04, 11:00-14:30
Practice, exploration and hands-on assist of back-bendings, specifically Drop-back, tic-toc, scorpion.
Discourse: Releasing fear and finding stability and ease, in practice and assists.

Practice & exploration: Deep hip openings, focusing on poses from the second series (Ashtanga)
Discourse: letting go of attachment to self-image and my surrounding, moving between perspectives, and peripheral vision.
In-depth workshop for experienced practitioners
Saturday, 23-04, 10:00-13:30
Practice & exploration: Introduction to poses from the third series, deep hip openings with arm balances, and more (Ashtanga).
Discourse: The connection between perseverance and freedom, commitment and devotion to liberation.
